Rush Policy Limits Search
Priority handling for personal auto and commercial trucking searches when a demand deadline, mediation or limitation date is close.
How this service works
Deadlines do not wait. A rush request moves to the front of the queue so you can make decisions with coverage information in hand.
Turnaround: Rush requests receive priority handling. Timing depends on the search type and on how complete your information is. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays, so requests sent then are picked up the next business day.
What we need from you
- The same details as a standard search (defendant, date of loss, vehicle or policy details, carrier if known)
- A clear note that the request is a rush, plus your deadline
- Your firm name and case reference
What you receive
- The same written report as a standard search
- Priority queue placement
- A direct email reply if we need clarification to complete the match
Frequently asked questions
How do I mark a request as rush?
Choose the rush option on the request form and enter your deadline, or put RUSH in the subject line when you email [email protected].
Is a rush result guaranteed?
We prioritize your request, but results depend on the information available for the defendant. If we cannot locate a policy, the report says so.
Have a defendant and a date of loss?
Send us the case details and we will confirm what we need to start. Questions first? Email [email protected].
